Change Your PIN

You can now change the PIN on your Robins Financial Credit Union Visa® debit or credit card by phone, using an automated phone system (Voice Response Unit). The VRU allows you to navigate through a series of prompts so that you can change your PIN on your own time, without having to come into a branch or speak to a representative on the phone.

In order to change your PIN by VRU, you will need the following required information:

• 16 digit card number
• Current PIN
• Other verifying information as needed

There is no delay in using your new PIN once you change it.
