If you lose your debit or credit card, or it is stolen, you can use this form to block and deactivate the card.
- Select Cards in the left hand menu.
- Then select Report a Lost/Stolen Card.
- Select which card you wish to block.
- Then select Submit
- Select the reason which you are blocking the card from the following: Fraudulent Transactions on the Account, Card has been Stolen, At my Request, The Card Holder is Deceased, Received Compromise Notification and Card is Lost.
- Then select Submit.
- A confirmation page will then appear, if you select Confirm the card you have selected will be blocked.
- If you select Cancel you will receive a message of the cancellation.
- When you are finished select Submit.
