Multi-Account Transfers can eliminate time spent on manually funding accounts and simplify tracking of transfers and reconciliation through cross-referencing of account numbers on bank statements.

Each Multi-Account Transfer template requires a unique name and can specify who else can use them. These grouped transfers can have the same or different process dates.

Perform Multi-Account Transfers

  1. In the navigation Menu, select or tap Transactions and History then Funds Transfer.
  2. Select or tap the Multi-Account Transfers tab.
  3. From the Multi-Account Transfers tab, do one of the following:
    a. Select or tap Create Template, then create a transfer template and select or tap Next.
    b. Select or tap Transfer Funds.
    c. Select or tap an available template, then select or tap Next.
  4. Select an account in the From Account drop-down list.
  5. Select an account in the To Account drop-down list.
  6. Enter an amount in the Amount field.
  7. Repeat steps 4–6 for multiple transfers.
  8. (Optional) Select the copy icon to duplicate transfer criteria.
  9. (Optional) Select the delete icon to delete transfer criteria.
  10. (Optional) To add more transfers, enter the number of additional transfers in the more transfer(s) field, then select or tap Add.
  11. Select or tap Next.
  12. Select a transfer date from the Select Date calendar.
