Get CoBrowsing Code

Get CoBrowsing Code gives you a five digit code which will allow a Robins Financial Digital Banking Agent live, view only rights, to your Digital Banking. In order to use this code you will need to select the Let’s chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner and start a chat with an agent. After you have started a chat and indicated cobrowsing, to help resolve your issue, select the Get CoBrowsing Code and enter in the chat.

1. Select Self Service Options in the left hand menu.
2. Then select Get CoBrowsing Code.

3. A new window will appear and display a five digit code.
4. Select the X in the upper righthand corner of the pop-up to close.
