Stay up to date with your account activity with free account alerts instantly delivered to your inbox. You can receive e-Alerts via email or as an MMS message to your mobile phone.
- Select Products and Services in the left hand menu.
- Then select eAlerts.
- Delete ALL eAlerts removes all of the alerts you have setup.
- Review our Frequently Asked Questions to help with your eAlert setup.
- To search your eAlerts that have been sent, enter a From date and a To date.
- Then select the eAlert type.
- Select Show History to process your search.
- Review our What’s this? link which displays what type of eAlerts we offer.
- Click Edit to make adjustments to your already existing eAlerts.
- Click Delete to remove any eAlerts you no longer need.
- Select Add New Alerts.
- Review Help to determine what type or eAlert you would like to setup.
- Select which eAlert type.
- Select Continue to proceed with your eAlert setup.
- Select Cancel to go back to the eAlert page.
- Frequently Asked Questions helps you with your eAlert questions.
- Notify Me allows you select what frequency you would like to receive the alert.
- Help explains why a Minimum Balance is needed.
- Share ID allows you select what shares this alert will be for.
- Enter the Minimum Balance.
- Enter which Email Address you would like to receive the alert.
- Enter which Cell Phone Address you would like to receive the alert.
- Select the time period you would like to receive the alert.
- Select how much detail you would like in the alert and you can Nickname the account.
- Select Continue to save the alert.
- Select Cancel to go back to the eAlert page.
